Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP) Certification
Provided in conjunction with the National Customer Services Association
Through the National Customer Services Association (NCSA), Goodwill provides training and support for students to earn their Direct Contact Service Professional (DCSP) Certification as a Direct Contact Service Professional. This designation is designed for direct contact employees, including customer service representatives, call center staff, and more.
The NCSA training focuses on pertinent topics such as:
- Customer interaction
- Communication
- Rapport and,
- Relationship building.
