If you are a small business owner or a budding entrepreneur wanting to enhance your leadership skills, and accelerate business growth, the GoodBiz KC Entrepreneurial Leadership Development Program is designed for you!

This 8-month virtual leadership program is tailored for underrepresented small business owners and emerging entrepreneurs who have an established business that has been operating for 3 years or less, or have an established product, service, or business concept with a customer base or market engagement,

This program includes:

• 360 leadership assessment
• 9 hours of group leadership coaching
• 6 hours of mentoring with Global Good Fund alumni
• 4 hours of business skills workshops

You must be a resident of western Missouri or eastern Kansas to qualify. All participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $1,000 incentive to support their business!
