We want you to feel confident about your purchase here at Goodwill. Please review our return guidelines below.
Beginning January 12th our return policy will be updated to align with the information below.
Return Eligibility
- Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Returns of merchandise made at West Division (formerly MOKAN Goodwill) store locations are accepted only at participating West Division store locations.
Please visit our website for a current list of participating locations. - The original receipt is required.
- Items must have the original price tag attached.
- Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
- Merchandise purchased at East Division stores may not be returned to West Division store locations.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
- We are unable to process refunds to a different payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked “As Is” are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Additional Information
- Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
- All sales made at Goodwill Outlet locations are final and are not eligible for refunds.
- Goodwill Outlet locations cannot process any returns
