Greetings Goodwill team!
I am pleased to share this executive search committee update with you. After interviewing internal candidates, and with input from our management team, the committee has chosen not to appoint an Interim CEO. We have confidence in our current executive team to lead our Mission and manage our business objectives while we search for the next leader of our organization.
The Board has great faith and trust in Anita, Jay, and Trent to continue the momentum that you’ve created, provide stability to the organization, and effectively collaborate with each other and you during this transition period. I want to stress that this would not be possible without your demonstrated dedication to improving and serving our communities. Thank you!
The Board will work with our three executive leaders during this period to deliver on our Mission to empower people to discover their potential and adapt for the future through the power of work. We ask that you continue to support your teams throughout this process. As for the permanent CEO search….We are in the process of selecting a search firm to assist in onboarding a permanent President & CEO by January 1st. We will keep you apprised of that process status regularly.
