March-Gladness

If a secret shopper visits your store and is asked to round-up at the register, the cashier will immediately receive a prize, have their photo taken, and be recognized HERE!

Game Plan:

As is standard policy, Goodwill cashiers will encourage shoppers to round up their purchases to the nearest dollar, but during the March Gladness promotional period from March 7^th – April 3^rd there are exciting incentives and prizes! Best of all – funds raised will support our Mission!

Eligible Players:

Associates, especially cashiers, who have made at least 100 transactions during the contest.

Ineligible Players: 

 All members of management.

Tournament Rounds:

 Round 1                March 7^th – 13^th                                                                  Round 2                March 14^th – 20^th 

Round 3                March 21^st – 27^th                                                                Round 4                March 28^th – April 3^rd 

Prizes:

• Champion 1^st Place Store – Team Lunch valued at $250
• Runner Up 2^nd Place Store – Team Lunch valued at $150
• Top Cashiers from each store and the Outlet with the highest dollar amounts collected – a 2021 March Gladness merchandise prize and a $20 Amazon gift card! $150 Amazon gift card for the overall TOP Cashier!

The Bracketology:

 Each week stores will compete for the highest Dollar Amount Collected. Stores are matched against each other on the enclosed bracket. At the end of the competition, one (1) Champion store and one (1) Runner-up store will be announced. Watch for bracket updates to see your store’s standing throughout the competition.

Survive and advance:

 Each week stores with the highest Dollar Amount Collected advance to the next round and have a chance to claim the Championship.  Note: The highest Dollar Amount Collected is calculated per week so each store has a fair chance each week.
