ThriftLOVE Terms and Conditions

Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program is a promotional program that is offered as a benefit for the loyal shoppers of Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas (15) retail stores, EXCLUDING the Goodwill Outlet location. All offers and rewards will be issued at the sole discretion of Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. 

Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice to you, to audit or cancel your account or to terminate the Program at any time.

 

Eligibility

The ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program is for individual customers only of at least 16 years of age. There is no membership fee to sign up. Each member may only have one account linked to a unique telephone number. Employees of Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas are not eligible to join the ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program. Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas, in its sole and absolute unfettered discretion, reserves the right to approve, deny or revoke membership or the right to participate in the ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program to any person for any reason.

 

Personalized Offers

 

Expiration of Points

All ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program points expire one year (12 months) after they are earned. Points are only eligible to purchase donated goods only. New goods cannot be purchased with reward points.

 

Messages

Members must provide a valid phone number when registering for the ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program. Exclusive offers, promotions and notifications will be sent via text to members at the phone number provided. Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas is not responsible for delayed, lost or undeliverable messages. By joining the ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program, you authorize Goodwill of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas and its third-party contractors to contact you regarding the ThriftLOVE Customer Loyalty Program, including without limitation, send updates, announcements, and promotional offers. When you provide your mobile phone number, you agree that our organization may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. Our organization may send you up to 6 messages per month. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to 844-496-0029. For help, send a text message with the Keyword HELP to 844-496-0029. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.
